A third-generation insurance professional, Sara Bradshaw Ray, brings over 35 years of experience spanning agency ownership, company commercial underwriting, and cluster development. She is widely recognized for her deep understanding of agency operations and strategic leadership in a rapidly evolving industry.
As the founder of the consulting practice at Big I Oklahoma, Sara leads BIGiOK Consulting, one of only a handful of state association-based consulting groups in the country. Her areas of specialty include Executive Coaching, Strategic Planning, Operational Improvement, and leveraging instinctive strengths through her certification as a KolbeTM Consultant. Through this work, she equips independent agencies with the tools and insight to unlock performance, lead with purpose, and position for growth.
Sara is also the visionary behind MyNetwork, an international learning network for women in insurance leadership. Now in its 11th season, MyNetwork offers facilitated mastermind groups designed to equip, empower, and enhance the lives of female leaders through virtual programming, peer exchange, and executive
development.
A sought-after speaker and writer on leadership and organizational effectiveness, Sara brings insight with authenticity. When she's not coaching or facilitating growth conversations with agency leaders, she's soaking up time as a devoted wife, proud mom of adult twins and their spouses, and adoring "Grammy"; to two grandchildren. A citizen of the Cherokee Nation, she's also deeply rooted in her faith and community in Stillwater, Oklahoma.
